The following are the Terms and Conditions of our service and any person or organisation booking one of our courses agree to these terms and conditions PAYMENTS ALL COURSES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE TRAINING CAN COMMENCE Your course must be paid in full 4 weeks before training commences. Additionally, 50% of the course fees will be due at the midpoint between the deposit payment and the final payment deadline. DATES A $500 deposit needs to be placed to secure training dates. Please note, dates are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. We will contact you to confirm. As course dates fill quickly dates sent to you may be unavailable if a deposit has not been placed within 24 hours. CANCELLATIONS Deposits and any fees/payments paid are non-refundable. Cancellation or failure to attend scheduled course will result in the deposit and or all payments being forfeited. Failure to make finalised payment 4 weeks prior will result in forfeit of deposit & training dates may be rescheduled, without prior consent from AE Academy. ONLINE TRAINING All courses have online training that must be completed before the dates. These will be emailed out prior to your practical, in person, training dates. Please allow yourself time to complete the online modules in order to proceed to practical in person training. If you do not complete your online training you CAN NOT proceed with practical training. GENERAL Classes will consist of maximum 2 students only. AE ACADEMY reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible in these circumstances. All training materials provided by AE ACADEMY are correct at time of publication but may be subject to change. AE ACADEMY reserves the right to change course modules, fees, dates and content at its own discretion. RESCHEDULES If necessary courses can be rescheduled up to 6 weeks prior. If you need to reschedule your course within the 6 week period any course deposit and/or payments made are non refundable or transferrable, without prior consent of AE Academy. In the event that a student cancels or reschedules a course, and AE Studio, at its discretion, agrees to issue a refund, the student will be responsible for covering any applicable taxes, including GST, on the refunded amount. AE Studio will not be held liable for any loss of income resulting from last-minute cancellations or reschedules, nor for any issues arising from the student's failure to manage their training schedule with due diligence. PHOTOGRAPHY By enrolling in the course you grant us permission to use any images or videos taken during training. Any Photography or videography taken at AE ACADEMY is property of AE ACADEMY and can be used as being seen fit. AE ACADEMY also reserves the right to remove images from social media if it is deemed to be copyright infringement or seen as demeaning against AE STUDIO / AE ACADEMY PTY LTD. COURSE COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION Enrolment in any AE ACADEMY course does not guarantee certification. All assessments must be passed to receive certifications. In the event you do not pass an assessed component, you may enrol in another session (at your own expense). In the event you do no pass a second time, you will need to enrol in the course in its entirety or in the course module component again at AE ACADEMY’S discretion. LITERACY AND NUMERACY Basic English literacy and numeracy are required for all AE ACADEMY courses. We request any learning difficulties are disclosed at the time of enrolment. TRAINING MATERIAL All training material and course information is property of AE ACADEMY/AE STUDIO PTY LTD. Training and course material provided is protected intellectual property and is trademarked. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution of this information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
